Re: Locations near North Berwick
Barns Ness Lighthouse isn't far away and the beach there is nice:

The harbour in Dunbar is quite picturesque and there are some interesting rocky beachs just next to the harbour.

Re: Greetings from Bonnie Scotland
Hi Nomad,
I seem to remember there was someone in the Stirling area.
I'd be up for a meeting at some time, but best leave it until the summer as I'm busy buying a house at the moment so things are hectic to say the least!

Re: Greetings from Bonnie Scotland
Hi Nomad, I'm based up in Fife.
Where abouts are you then?
I've a preference for landscapes too, so perhaps we can meet up some point.

Re: NE chapter
Typical!
I move out of the North East, and there's a flood of local LFers!
Calling all potential candidates for a Fife chapter....
Have fun guys, if I'm back 'home' I'll see about meeting up with some or all of you.
Cheers,
Chris.

Impressive, but I reckon the fuel consumption would be an issue, and I'd hate to have to park it!

Hi Frederick,
I'm just over the water, in Dalgety Bay.
I use the same Shen Hao too.
I've literally just moved up here, and I don't have any of my camera gear with me, but if you fancy meeting up at some point in the future, just drop me a PM.
Cheers,
Chris.

Re: Fife based LFer's
Hi Gari,
We did indeed meet on that workshop.
I haven't been back to Oban since, and it would be nice to get over there sometime.
I'll let you know when I'm heading over.
Cheers,
Chris.

Fife based LFer's
This is just a quick query as a change of job will be moving me from Newcastle to Fife in a few months time. Are there many UKLFPG members in the area at all? If so, it'd be great to meet up at some point. At this point in time I have no idea where I'll be living, all I know is that I'll be working ...

Hi Keeds,
I'm interested in the CPE-2.
I've sent you an email about this and the G-Claron.
Cheers,
Chris.

Re: Shen Hao
I've been using a TZ45 IIA for a couple of years now, and I'm very happy with it.
Versatile, light, accepts a wide range of lenses, is very well finished.
I can't comment on the 5x7 versions, but for me the main detrimental aspect of the Shen is the size, it's quite large for a 5x4.

Charles,
I'll probably get down to this one.
Might have my folks in tow too, I'll see if they're interested.
