Re: Fuji Hunt E6 6-Bath Chemistry

Hi Ben, Many thanks for the information. That sounds very economical. Where do you get the digibase kit chemistry from? The only digibase kit I can find is C-41 chemistry for negatives, not E6 for slides. Kindest regards, Rod. Oops, good point! I'm using Tetenal's 5L kit for E6 which is ~65 quid.

Re: Fuji Hunt E6 6-Bath Chemistry

I'm using the 3 bath digibase kit, it's ~£40 for a 5L kit and will do 100 rolls of 135/120, 400 4*5 sheets or 100 8X10.

Getting great results in my ATL. It's allegedly based on Fuji Hunt chemistry.

Re: Who is regularly shooting 10x8 Black and White film?

I'm shooting 8x10, but colour only.

Got 100 sheets of E64T in the freezer and some 160S remnants in holders.

Might try B&W soon, colour film is getting silly expensive.

Jobo ATL 1000/1500

I'm looking to buy an ATL, I don't want to fiddle with a lift or manual drainage on a CPE/CPP, and my available space is limited hence the 1000/1500 choice. I'll be processing 135/120 C-41, and 8x10 E6/C41, the latter I intend to do in a print drum. Any advice on which I should go for and a reasonab...

Re: any portrait photographers here?

Mainly Fuji 160S, 400H & 800Z 8x10 is predominantly 160S & Kodak Ektachrome 64T, yes, that's tungsten film! I got a lot of it cheap from a studio that was selling off it's stock, so I just shoot it with a warming filter and color correct in post process - it works surprisingly well, but I have to pi...

Hey, I'm glad you found the post about large format useful, there're some things that probably need to be revisited now I've been doing this a bit longer but otherwise it wasn't such a bad fist at an intro.

Well, one year on my supply of 160S is dwindling, prices are up across the board, and the Dollar & Euro are strong against the Pound - anyone got a good recommendation for where to grab a few boxes from?

Regarding film life, I'm shooting Kodak 64T that expired in 2003, and it's just fine - cold stored (not in a freezer) all it's life though.
