The listing says it's based on the Wisner Traditional rather than later ones which were made by Wista, but it doesn't actually say who made it.

Stated by the seller to date back to the 80s and allegedly unused, it looks like a chance to buy something that bit different if you're in the market. Their list includes a few Toyo Field lens boards and Toyo ground glasses, plus there are centre filters and a few other LF bits & bobs. I've no interest in this, but maybe someone else is looking for them?
