Re: For sale: Canon iPF 6400 24-inch Printer with fault
Hi Everyone, Really surprising that there have been 487 views on my original post, but no replies!! So, the good news is there are still some LF forum users out there, but the bad news is that my printer is still unsold and occupying valuable space. Before I contemplate a visit to the skip, would an...

For sale: Canon iPF 6400 24-inch Printer with fault
Hi Everyone, This is my 4-year old printer that I have owned from new, but is now not working and requires at least one new print head. It failed a couple of months ago when I was preparing for my current exhibition. I couldn't afford the time to try to fiddle with it myself, or get it repaired, so ...

Re: Exhibition: Joe Cornish Gallery, Northallerton
Hi Barry,
Thanks for your interest and support - definitely a long walk from Somerset!
Strangely enough, one of the images in my exhibition is Cornus ‘Porlock’, a variety found originally as a seedling in your county.
Kindest regards,
Rod.

Re: Exhibition: Joe Cornish Gallery, Northallerton
Hi George, Many thanks for your interest. It looks as though you're not really within popping in distance! Good guess with the flower, though it isn't grandiflora. It's a similar but smaller treee, Magnolia officinalis biloba, that is now very rare, though I didn't photograph it for that reason - it...

Exhibition: Joe Cornish Gallery, Northallerton

The exhibitio...

Re: Chamonix F1, and a lot of Velvia for Sale
Hi Paul, Good to see you last week. Hope you enjoyed the conference. I've given Delilah big hugs and kisses from you! (A waste of time any other members trying to work this one out!) I'm probably interested in some Velvia, but need to check my fridge/freezer stocks today and then I'll get back to yo...

Hi Barry,
Many thanks for your kind comments.
Regards,
Rod.
PS I was going to post a couple of photos on the forum after I'd hung the exhibition, but can't remember how to do this! I'll do so when my brain gets back in order.
Many thanks for your kind comments.

Hi Everyone, Just some publicity about my first major solo photographic exhibition which opened yesterday at The Station, Richmond, North Yorkshire and runs until 13th May. http://www.richmondstation.com/exhibitions.asp?ExhibitionID=99 I've been meaning to post this notice for weeks, but it's been s...

Re: WTB: 10x8 Velvia 50
Hi Justin,
Many thanks for the link. However, I've managed to get some Velvia 100 that will do for the moment, or at least until I plunder my savings for an order to Japan!
Kindest regards,
Rod.

WTB: 10x8 Velvia 50
Hi Everyone, I know it's probably unlikely, but I'm just wondering whether anyone has any 10x8 Velvia 50 lurking in their fridges/freezers that they'd like to part with. I'd like to try some as part of a project I'm currently engaged with. Not really bothered if it's in date, as long as it's not too...

For Sale: Canon IPF5100 Large Format Printer
Hi Everyone, I'm wanting to sell my Canon IPF5100 17" printer so that I can make space for a larger printer. I've owned this since new, it's still in perfect working order and looks as new. There's an average of around 50-60% ink left in each of the 12 ink tanks. Before I put in up for auction on Eb...

The Photography Show at NEC
Hi Everyone, Just wondering if anyone will be attending this next week (1-4 March). As it's replacing the Focus on Imaging event I guess it will be fairly similar to this, so probably not too much large format gear. However, I'll be going on Sunday 2 March just to keep up with anything new really. I...

Re: WTB: 75mm lens
Hi Steven, I'm not sure if you're a member of the US LF forum, but there's a 75 mm f/4.5 Grandagon for sale there at $425+$35 shipping. At the present exchange rate of ~$1.6, it's a good price even if you have to pay import duty/VAT. It's also the latest "green-stripe" version. Not sure if I'm allow...
