Re: Greetings from Bonnie Scotland
Hi Nomad, I seem to remember there was someone in the Stirling area. I'd be up for a meeting at some time, but best leave it until the summer as I'm busy buying a house at the moment so things are hectic to say the least! That would be me! I haven't been doing much LF for a while, but am just getti...

Re: WTB: 5x4 film holder for Epson 4990
A friend of mine (and member here) Buze has just posted a guide to scanning using glass on his 4990 http://forum.manualfocus.org/viewtopic.php?id=16980 Paul How cool is that? It looks so simple and cheap (which are two of my outstanding qualities, so my wife says). Many thanks for the link. Cheers ...

Re: WTB: 5x4 film holder for Epson 4990
I don't know if this is any good to you, but I use a piece of antireflective glass from my local picture framers held an appropriate distance off the scanner bed as a faux-betterscanning holder. It works really well, no newtons rings, and costs a couple of quid. Hi Dave, sounds like a plan! Do you ...

Re: FREE: Ilford photographic paper
Opened but pretty full box of 5x7" Ilford multigrade IV RC deluxe Pearl paper. Originally 100 sheets, and I don't know how many I have used, but I don't think it is that many. Stored at room temperature and about 7 years old. Free to anyone who can use it. Postage would be appreciated. Jenny Hi Jen...

Available light photography exposure calculator
Hi all,
I don't know if everyone will find this useful (or even accurate) but it works for me
The fact that it goes down to ISO12 is good.

Re: Fife based LFer's
This is just a quick query as a change of job will be moving me from Newcastle to Fife in a few months time. Are there many UKLFPG members in the area at all? If so, it'd be great to meet up at some point. At this point in time I have no idea where I'll be living, all I know is that I'll be working...
