Re: Metering, what's gone wrong?
Sticky or inaccurate shutters, also I would think unlikely but I guess I should try and test this somehow, 1 second sounds like 1 second. Re: WTB: Jobo CPE 2
Hello Joe!
I recommend to look out for a version with lift!
Really makes it easier/faster/cleaner to change chemicals...
Note that if you do, you'll need the Drum version with "Zahnkranz" (crown gear)
Best regards,
Martin

Yeah, please post your experiences with the Tenetal Kit!!!
Sooner or later I'll also have to switch either to a Fuji 6-bath or a Tenetal 3-bath :'-(

Re: LF vs APS-C
Hi Wilson, Concerning detail, Tim Parkin's landscape magazine "On Landscape" did a thorough test of different camera systems: http://www.landscapegb.com/2011/12/big-camera-comparison-comments/ that could interest you. Amongst them is a Nikon D3x (35mm full frame digital, bit more quality than APS-C,...

Re: Hi from Austria
Aaah cool, so the owners are your neighbours
Hmmm, what I've heard so far, Arca Swiss F Line 4x5 must be great.
I already thought about getting a used one to have a monorail at hand

Re: Hi from Austria
Hi Emmanuel,
the Austrian manufacturer is Lotus View Camera, may I ask you who the French manufacturer is?
(I assumed Arca-Swiss is at least in the French-speaking part of Swiss or are they really French?)
Best regards,
Martin

Hi from Austria
Hi all, I'm from Linz / Austria and have started (film and) large format photography in March 2011. So I bought a Toyo Field 45AII with a couple of lenses, development equipment, etc and started off...
