Re: Fuji Hunt E6 - 3 bath - 3 batches?
Cheers for all this (albeit slightly conflicting... ) 120 info, its all good food for thought. I realise I'm probably hijacking this thread slightly, but how long do these 5ltr kits last for once opened - as I understand the shelf life isn't indefinite. As a yorkshireman I hate to see things...

Not the amount of film will be the limiting factor but the developer air contact in a rotary processor . Re: Recessed lens boards
If 12 mm recess is adequate and you are prepared to spend the money there is a linhof "Comfort Plate" that is much easier to operate. My 72 saxl is fitted on one and my sausage size fingers have no problem operating it.

Re: Numbering sheets of film
I also use a binary system. To read the number i have a strip tagged 1,2,4,8,16,32 (6 bit) at the appropriate intervals. I do not have more than 30 holders so 6 bit (64) is enough to distinguish all of them.

As a dutchman regular visiting the british isles with a silly locking camera, linhof technika, I think it is appropriate to register on this nice forum before bumping into one of you in the field. For more the 10 years making landscape pictures on large format is what makes my tick, photographically...
