Hello Neil, I did a little work at Delamere a couple of years ago and thought then that there must be a lot of old industrial sites of photographic interest around North Cheshire. Would there be sufficient around the area for a small workshop some time in the future? What is access like to old salt ...

As a side issue. On the LF forum a short while back, people were concerned about the apparent shortage of 5x7 film holders. I don't know if this really is the case? Worth checking now that Fidelity have stopped production of all film holders. also on the LF forum a short while back was a poster who...

Hello Tony, Linhof & Studio had a 5x7 Shen-Hao on their stand at Focus on Imaging. It looked well made. However, as you know, that's not the same as actually using it in the field. There seems to be more UK dealers selling Shen-Hao products now. Are there any dealers around the Midlands to try one? ...

It's some time since I had the opportunity to use Centennial POP. I used it in a split back printing frame to try to judge the exposure. I exposed it in sunlight. Toning POP in Selenium bleaches the paper significantly, I found Gold the best. I seem to remember that fixing also causes some bleaching...

Hello,

Linhof & Studio sell Lotus contact printing frames. They are very good but extremely expensive. If you can't find a second hand one. I suspect your only option is to get one from the USA. Someone like Bostick & Sullivan. They do need a good spring back.

The 2500 series Jobo sheet film tanks are very nice but are designed to be used on one of their rotary processors. You can use them as hand processing tanks and manually invert them, however they then need a large volume of chemicals.

I have never had my films touch together in my CombiPlan.
