Hello Matt,

It's a pity you can't make Saturday.

I believe there are two main meets each year, with other ad hoc meetings in between. I'm sure someone with more history with the group will come along soon and give a more accurate answer?

Hello Matt,

Welcome from another fairly new member. Some of us are meeting near you (Woodchester Mansion) on Saturday, pop along and say hello if you have time?

I'm afraid I don't know anyone at the LF Journal. However I paid for a six issue (I think) subscription, and when the last volume was issued I did not receive a password. It took two emails and two weeks to get a positive response. Maybe they are just slow?

Hello Steve,

I have purchased one of these. Nice small lens, great value. I have not tested it yet but hope to shortly.

People should note that this lens will not cover 5x4 at infinity. It will amply cover at 1:1 and greater. I thought I would also test this at infinity with x 6x7 back.

Hello Dennis,

Robert White often has a Canham metal camera in stock. Have you spoken to them? Maybe they are not too far away from you?

I have a Canham but it is wooden.

I'd also be interested in South Wales. There's a lot there for the LF'er.

Steve,

The lens cap is 45mm. I have fitted a good quality uv filter (40.5mm) on the front of mine so I leave the lens cap at home. It's much quicker to use.
