My wife likes sewing, so I could ask her if she wouldn't mind doing something similar for me. Val Might be your best bet Valerio Joe Cornish's wife made one for Joe out of an old piece of black clothing which then became the template for the Paramo dark cloth... and made a bit of money off it too! ...

I can't recall there ever being a standard, I suppose in the past it used to be based on B&W print sizes, 10x8, 12x16 etc. I do know that the standard mat size for photographic club competitions is 40x50cm. You only just have to look at Nielsen frames catalogue for the myriad of frame sizes on offer...

John, I have the eye-one Display 2 by X-rite and it works perfectly on all my Macs. Have you tried downloading the most recent software from x-rite? http://www.xrite.com/product_overview.a ... ort&ID=788

Hi Liam I have 7 rolls of very old Tri-X you can have. It's dated 1989, have tried a couple of rolls and there are some signs of base fogging but seem to scan OK. I also have 4 rolls of 2009 Fuji Reala 100 that you can have. I don't want anything for them except postage costs, PM me your details if ...

I definitely have some 20 year old Tri-X that you can have and some newer colour neg film which I wouldn't want a lot for. I'll have look in my fridge tonight and get back to you.

Unless they've specifically specified 'dry mounted' I think mounting in a bevel cut window mount should suffice, at least that's my experience of recent exhibitions.
