Excepting excursions into the more exotic, I've always used D76 1:1 for everything from 35 mm to 10 x 8 & it seems to work OK. D23 is easy to concoct, but very soft. Dennis.

I may be wrong, but I think if you are moving up from a 5x4 Sinar F to 10x8, you will also need to change the front standard, or the two vertical bits, so the lens will centre on the bigger film plane.
