The guy who sold me the machine sent a replacement sensor which connects to the thermal cut-out switch and runs along the heating element, this seemed to help the problem as I can now maintain the the temp at around 38 degrees. However i still cant control the temp ...

Hi I have a Jobo cpp2 processor and the temperature control doesn't seem to be working. When switched on the temperature simply continues to rise. I have just performed a partial calibration and the temperature read out is accurate, it just keeps rising! Any body experienced this and have a remedy o...

Metoform 5040 processors
Hi there
Does anyone have any experience with these machines, any helpful hints.
I have just acquired one and I want to run it without plumbing it in for the time being is this going to be a problem?
Any advice gratefully received.

Re: Jobo CPP2
Hi Valerio I have not put my hands to an expert drum yet as they are expensive but I intend to. I believe they are much easier to load,as they do not require a spiral type insert, they can take more sheets at once cutting down on chemicals and I have also read that due to their design they ensure eve...

Jobo CPP2
Hi there I have just upgraded to a Jobo CPP2. And I think I got a bit over excited, As I understand it those with serial numbers above 22000 were made with the latest motor circuit, but I think mine would have been one of the first generation (it hasn't arrived yet). My question is has anybody had a...

Hi Susie Still haven't got down to the Linhof Studio yet! Have you been down recently? I'm interested in the 150mm and 180 lenses, is it possible to to see some piccys? and have you got any technika boards to go with them? Wouldn't mind looking at the 120 super-angulon aswell though my pockets may n...

Re: Albumen Prints...........anyone?
Hi John
No Probs
I was toning them after being fixed and dryed! I'm told now that I should do it while they are still wet but what would you recommend?
Haven't really done any since, waiting for the nice weather and some nice 10x8 negs.
All the best
