HiGareth, Shipping should be £10 I think. Straps are fairly adjustable, similar to other systems I guess. Very vacuous inside...my monorail 54 cameras can sit upright in it so lots of room. I need a clamp that I can slide and clamp my arca 54 holding rail into and then attach to my manfrotto quick release plate and head.
Easy to pick on in shops, etc but anyone have a spare here first?

Muz really sorry to hear that. Sinar clamp should be easy to find...try ebay of course but peter walnes / ffordes seem to have plenty of old cheap sinar stock.
