Too small and they fall through the mount holes. Too long they stick out of the back of the lens board. Just file them down on the back once you've screwed them in.

How many do you need, just pm me and I'll pop some in an envelope for ya.

You local picture frame supplier, honestly I was surprised by all the little bits and pieces they sell.

This is after buying a load of brass micro screws from the US.

At one point there was talk of a tax on these plates to raise income for the UK coffers.
I believe this was the case in the US.

Yep, was just showing an example of what you were talking about. Still, 10 minutes is pretty quick from start to finish, the shooting etc yes but the varnishing takes time to dry properly as you say.
