V100 is OK for strong, unreal colours whereas V100F is more natural and IMHO a good complement to V50 for the reasons you state. Astia 100F is a good choice for wider dynamic range.

Yes a bit cyan-y, but mainly in the darker parts: the skies look about right and wouldn't want to be that much more red or magenta. Good luck!

Agree on that last comment - I use water rather than a stop and am far happier with the results.
It took me a while to work out how to get the film out of the bath without touching the emulsion; it's that fragile. But I like the look and it's cheap.
