Re: For those who need something bigger....

The Lotus 20x24 is motorised :D Which should be really convenient in the midst of a remote landscape like Glencoe - unless you like carrying a battery and inverter as well as the rest of the kit   Actually it's quite unique Joanna. No batteries needed, you wind a small control which is i...

CM Enterprises are unrelated to Roger Maile's businesses. I would ring Martin at Silverprint as others have said this is a normally stocked item at Ilford.

Re: Apo Symmar 210mm - a question!

Hello Paul, I have this lens and understand your concerns. Mine currently has a 72mm Heliopan UV filter attached to give the front element some protection. I fitted it carefully at first with a small piece of tissue paper on the front element check that it does not touch the filter glass. However th...

I find the B+W MRC coated filters clean easily without leaving any smears.

I have also bought from Dirk in the past, 5x4 Acros sheets. No problems and very quick deliveries. The prices reflect the current poor value of the UKP.

you could always crop 5x4. It all depends how many 6x12 you are going to shoot. The advantage is you could bracket and shoot quickly before the light changes.
Another advantage is the range of film available in 120.

Thanks Andrew. Badger has them for $450, which translates to ~£380 after import duty etc. Still pricey. I am currently contemplating getting one of the Metered Light units, which are slightly cheaper at $425, and much smaller. Cheaper than Speed Graphic... http://www.speedgraphic.co.uk/prod.asp?i=1...

Yes, we met last year in the French Jura. Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to return yet with a LF camera, perhaps next year?

Best regards
