I use a Tachihara. It seems a little wobbly, but is actually fairly solid. The widest lens I have is a 90mm, but you certainly can't keep a lens in place when folded down for travelling.

Perhaps something from Peli? http://www.peliproducts.co.uk/Peli_Cases_3.html The 1300 or 1400 are the closest. And I can vouch for the robustness of the Peli Cases as we used them at work for transporting tapes around the country in the back of courier's vans day-in day-out. They survived for a good...
