Da Yi 6x17 ROLL film back
Hi, I think some forum members have a Shen Hao 6x17 roll film back, but I'm wondering if anyone has tried the alternative Chinese Da Yi (I think) version, or has any comments about it. I've just been looking at an *bay link that Stephen Vaughan gave me for top-hat extensions and came across this ver...

Re: WTB: Ebony Top Hat Extension/Parts
I just bought a set of non-ebony extension tubes on *bay that offer variable lengths of extension and copal sizes at a very reasonable price. The item number is 200457973001. I don't have any connection with the seller, but I'm very pleased with my purchase. Hope this helps, Stephen Hi Stephen, Exc...

WTB: Ebony Top Hat Extension/Parts
Hi,
Looking for 17mm and 35mm extension tubes and Copal 1 end panel, or alternatively a complete set including the square Linhof panel. I know they're available new at Robert Whites, but quite costly
Regards,
Rod.

Re: WTB: Schneider G-Claron 210mm f/9
Makes sense to get a G Claron for macro work, that's not a Xenar's forte I bought a 150mm G Claron last month ........ ..........You've been offered a 210 G Claron on the US LF site, remember you might get a 21% (approx) import tax +VAT on the value of the lens & shipping. I've only been hit for ta...

Re: WTB: Schneider G-Claron 210mm f/9
I've got a very near mint late model G Claron 240mm F9 if that is any interest - drop me a PM. Matt Hi Matt, Many thanks for the offer, but I really need the 210mm as I intend mainly using it as a macro lens and I don't have the bellows extension to reach 1:1 using a 240mm lens. Please have a look ...

Re: WTB: Schneider G-Claron 210mm f/9
You might want to also look out for the late black version of the Schneider 210mm f5.6 Xenar, these were made in the 70's and 80's and revived again in the late 1990's early 2000's. Robert White sold quite a few in the UK they were quite inexpensive, I think he bought the remaining stock from Schne...

Hi,
No luck in finding a Nikon 200mm M f/8 that I was looking for, so I thought I’d try a search for one of these instead. At least they’re more readily available – I think.
Looking for one in very good/mint condition if possible.
Regards,
Rod.

WTB: Nikon 200mm M f/8
Hi, Just wondering if anyone has one of these in very good condition that they are desperate to part with? :D I'm thinking of using it not just as a lightweight normal lens, but also as a "long" 5x4 macro lens for plant photography. I do already have a 120mm macro lens, but on many occasions it's al...

Re: The Return of Quickload
Hi,
Fujilab UK are still offering Velvia 50 (£74.17) and Provia 100F (£67.13) in Quickload. Unfortunately, I can't afford any more and my freezer's almost full anyway

Re: Canon Large Format Printers
Ian, Many thanks for the profiling update and the answers to my stream of questions. I think your initial findings are sufficient to tempt me into trying the Innova Ultra Smooth Gloss 285. It looks like I have no excuses for not producing great prints! Looking forward to your final thoughts, Kind re...

High Quality LCD Monitors Without a Mortgage?
Hi, I posted a double-thread topic yesterday about the “Focus On Imaging” Exhibition at the NEC in March and the problem of finding a high quality LCD monitor to replace my ageing CRT monitor. Joanna Carter has since asked me to start a new topic regarding monitors, so here goes with a repeat of the...

Hi, Third posting of the evening…..must be lonely? I am hoping to go to the “Focus On Imaging” Exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham, 7-10 March, 2010 http://www.focus-on-imaging.co.uk/ . Just wondering if anyone has previous experience of this exhibition, or is planning to go this year? Perhaps it woul...

WTB: Lee 58mm Wide Angle Adaptor
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has a spare or unwanted Lee 58mm Wide Angle Adaptor that they would like to sell? I've been checking the usual websites recently, but to no avail. If not, it looks like my first purchase from Joanna.
Kind regards,
Rod.
