FS Wista 45 SOLD
To fund my purchase of a Sinar I am having to sell my Wista 45. This is the basic field camera. All functions work correctly and lock properly. Bellows good, flexible and light-tight. Overall the condition is very good, although the bed around the tripod bush has some dry glue residue and chrome los...

Re: 120 film wanted
Hi Liam
Simple question - is it only 120 film or can you use 220?
I might have a few old rolls to spare.
Best regards
Andrew

Re: WTB: 35mm slide scanner
Jenny, for what this is worth -I had a Nikon 8000ed which I bought from Ffordes six years ago. It was great for 35mm mono and transparency film in strip form. Stunning quality scans- but slow! The mounted slide carrier, from memory, took five slides at a time. it was not the most efficient way to sc...

Cibachrome Opportunity No:2
Lynne's post prompted me to check my fridge. I have approx 50 -60 sheets of Cibachrome paper, one sealed pack of 25 and two open packs of 25 (all 8x10 inches) and two 1 litre processing kits (Ilford P30-P). All is probably long out of date but the paper has always been fridge stored. In addition I h...

Re: Another try at LF
Hi Ian Thanks for the comments. I rated the Fomapan at 100. There is more shadow detail than shows in the posted image - partly it is due to the scan and also the low resolution that it is saved at on my hosting site. As a LF novice I am more than half way through my first box of Fomapan. So far I h...

Re: WTB: Quickload Acros
I've just lost in 3 bids on ebay for Acros QL film (2005 exp.date, chilled)... :'( Got pipped by a couple of £££ at the last minute. :@ If anyone has any they would like to sell, I'd be interested. :?: I was also outbid. You can however get fresh Acros in Quickload from Maco Direct http://www.macod...

Another try at LF
http://usera.imagecave.com/kiteboy/Corn%20Field.jpg Continuing my efforts to get to grips with large format. The image resolution is not the best - same problem with hosting site! It does however look better as an A3 print ! Any advice welcome. Technical data: Fomapan 100, Rodinal 1:50 8' 30" @ 20C...

FS Lens Panel No1 Horseman/Sinar
This came with a lens that I bought recently.
It is in excellent condition.
I do not, however, have any use for it.
So before it goes to auction I am offering it here - asking £20.00 plus £2.00 to cover 1st Class Recorded Delivery to UK mainland.
Thanks
Andrew

The problem that I have is that the site that I use for hosting limits each image to 250k.
My original scan at 1000dpi creates a 10mb file. Any guidance on how to preserve the integrity of the image while fitting it ito a small package would be welcome.
