Hi Everyone,
Just some publicity about my first major solo photographic exhibition which opened yesterday at The Station, Richmond, North Yorkshire and runs until 13th May. http://www.richmondstation.com/exhibiti ... itionID=99
I've been meaning to post this notice for weeks, but it's been such an unbelievably frantic time over the past 3 months getting everything ready that I've not found the time until now. All photographs have been taken on 5” x 4” Velvia or Provia at Thorp Perrow Arboretum, Bedale, North Yorkshire, a 100-acre haven of tranquillity and peace for me that's just 20 miles from my home. It's the culmination for me of almost 60 visits to the arboretum and around 300 hours shooting over the past 15 months.
The transparencies have all been drum-scanned and I've printed, mounted and framed all of the work myself, except some larger Dibond prints that I couldn't personally produce. Most print sizes are 25” x 20” and are printed on Hahnemuhle Photorag, my favourite paper, on my Canon IPF 6400.
If any of you are able to get to the exhibition I'd be delighted to meet up with you there sometime.
Kindest regards,
Rod.
