Hi Tombo
my delivery was $23 for two screens from Badgergraphics. I do recall seeing a really expensive, but quick, mail option (sounds like your $65). Mine have take 5 weeks to arrive, presumably by surface mail.

Rejoice! Rejoice!

My long lost SS glass has arrived. After almost 5 months :D

Ok, it was cheap at $18 shipped or something... but still!

Buze, you're the lucky one. But I'll be watching the mailman very carefully these next few days.

I can't quite believe I ordered mine on the 9th August ... I honestly hope he raises his prices this year!

I placed my order yesterday, I didn't realise that there was such a long waiting list.

Well ... it was worth the wait. Dave apparently sent my order at least twice to no avail - nothing arrived and nothing returned to him.

But at last they're here ... I now have a fresh set of 5x7 and 4x5 glass to play with. Ironically this final USPS package took a mere 7 days. :?

I ordered a SS 5 x 4 a couple of weeks ago. Looks like I'm in for a bit of a wait.

I ordered a 5x4 Brilliant Ground Glass from the bloke in America via Ebay on Thursday and it arrived today, Tuesday - all for the grand sum of about £15. Excellent service.

Hand on heart I can't say the glass is spectacularly bright, but a good reasonably priced replacement

Emailed Dave at SS to ask when likely to get my order sent about a month ago..."about 3 months...."; sent email to Badgergraphic and conversed with Jeff. Ordered another screen with USPS $21 delivery on 13th June - arrived today 26th June. Looks great now time to see if improves my MPP. May have a spare SS in 2 or 3 months!

I finaly ordered a 8x10 with clipped corners on eBay the 25th June, haven't received it yet but the royal mail is on strike anyway..
I despair to receive the SS, but at the least I will be able to compare the two when eventualy the SS screen arrives.

Steve,

If the SS does come and you don't want it, I know certain MPP user very close to here who probably could have his arm twisted...

Sure - given the apparent rarity of these screens, what mark-up should I apply? I was thinking of 2-3000 percent. 8)

Or pehaps at cost....
