If anyone is wanting to buy a copy of Steve Simmons's Using the View Camera, or Jack Dykinga's Large Format Nature Photography, you might be interested to know that GMC Publications http://www.thegmcgroup.com/item--Large- ... URE-0.html have them both for sale new.
They don't come up on a Google search very easily, and they aren't listed on the GMC Publications website under 'photography', but if you do a search on their website they are there ... and shown as in stock.
I've just taken delivery of Jack Dykinga's book from them.
