But, if you work out that one sheet of 20" x 24" is the same surface area as 24 sheets of 4" x 5", that only works out at around £1.00 per sheet.Peter B wrote:Just before you get too carried away, 25 sheets of HP5+ from last year's ULF run @ Silverprint:

Mind you, it should break that habit of bracketing every shot

Re: For those who need something bigger....
Do they make Velvia in 20x24"? Maybe we should all start buying sheets of this stuff and cutting it down to 4x5" in the dark.
Re: For those who need something bigger....
I'd imagine if you can afford one of those you can probably afford the film! Or you could always use 4x5 and tape it together??

Now there's an idea!Joanna Carter wrote:I'm just wondering how long it will be before someone decides they'd like a Quickload enevelope for it
I think my main concern, other than the cost of the film, would be developing RSI just focussing the thing! I wonder if they have a version with motorised focussing to speed things up a little?

Which should be really convenient in the midst of a remote landscape like Glencoe - unless you like carrying a battery and inverter as well as the rest of the kitBarryWilkinson wrote:The Lotus 20x24 is motorised

At least if you get caught out in the rain you can shelter inside the camera.
