Large Format Photography Challenge video

Post by Matt_Bigwood » Fri Apr 09, 2010 7:30 am Etc/GMT-1+01:00

I made a short, light-hearted, film last week about a chap who has never used film before (!) being given the challenge of photographing an event with an MPP Mk8 and 12 sheets of Tri-X.

The link to it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pl0Pa7UTpuo

Interesting video, enjoyed that, looks like quite a camera!

Only suggestion is to de-interlace before encoding for computer playback, the interlacing is quite noticeable.

Very interesting. Brings back memories. My first ever LF camera, many years ago, was an MPP Mk.V with a Ross lens. With a Maxwell GG focussing would have been MUCH easier!
Love is an Ebony mounted with a Cooke PS945.......
