Any use and familiar with Schneider tele-xenar 270mm f5.5?

This is going to sound silly but I need help in understanding how to use this lense.

I have a Tele-Arton 270 f5.5 with a Compur-1 but it operates just like any other lens. Not sure what differences are from a Tele-Xenar. What issues do you have with it?
