I am looking for the technical data for this particular lens (not the macro version) concerning filter size and circle diameter for film coverage.

Hi Keith,
there is a link over on the large format forum to lens data for most new , and another for older, lenses. I don't have the link on me but it's fairly easy to find and an invaluable resource for lens data.
