USAF Target?

Anybody know anybody who I may be able to borrow a USAF test target from (transparency)? I'm writing a mini-book on how to scan film with an Epson v7x0 and want to work out how much resolution it has .. I'm getting some impressive results with the Epson and want to double check what I'm seeing..
