Short clip interviewing Clyde Butcher on the subject of the Everglades.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/w ... 002421.stm

Clyde is apparently known as the "Ansel Adams of the Everglades" and if probably one of the few who could live up to such a title, he has been living and shooting in Florida for 30 years, he's using his photography to highlight the importance of the Everglades which has now been classified as a "World Heritage in Danger" site by the United Nations. Clyde is a confirmed large format shooter, 5x4 is "small" to him

Clyde was also interviewed on the Luminous Landscape Video Journal issue 14, fascinating to see how he works, including his industrial size darkroom and probably one of the biggest enlargers in the world. I can recommend this, I thoroughly enjoyed watching it.

His pictures are stunning, though the BBC clip above really doesn't show you much of them.

I've seen that Luminous Landscape issue, this guy's darkroom is beyond belief.
