riverrun - first book publication

I have put together a collection of 38 landscape photographs - all 4x5 or 6x17 - in riverrun, using Blurb. It's my first publication, and a full preview of the book is available. I'm very pleased indeed with the quality from Blurb, which to my eyes is good enough to support some exhibitions of prints I am planning for next year.

The images have been taken over a period of almost 12 years, in various locations. The underlying structure of 'riverrun' is a palindrome; the last image connects back to the first, and each pair of images is complementary. There are some specific literary and musical references - Joyce's use of language and Bach's fugues and variations, which I borrowed from heavily in choosing the photographs and structure.

Thanks for taking the time to look at the book, and I hope you enjoy it!

Very nice, David. I'm glad that Blurb worked out well for your project here. I've heard good things about their quality overall.
