I've just had an email from a friend that wanted to join the forum but she's having a few difficulties? she keeps getting the message "Your account is currently inactive and will need to be approved by an administrator before you can log in. Another email will be sent when this has occured. This was a few weeks back but have not heard anything."
Is there anything that I can tell her that might help?

Hi Paul. I've been in similar territory but probably through my own fault. From time to time I lose my password. I got the minion message last time around and waited a week or so for a new one. However, my user name used to be different from the one I now have to use and I'm not aware that I changed it! Still, I've got through to the 'other side' for now. Tell your friend to send another missive. And: WHO IS the MINION?

Has she checked her junk email folders etc.?

Paul, can you let me have her user name? We've had a few spammers recently and I might have held the account pending verification.
