bellow mending tape

Hi all

I have read of some tape called 3M 850 which is supposed to be "the" tape for fixing bellows
problem is it dose not seem to be about in England

dose anybody know where it can be bought or of a good alternative ?

I use cloth book binding tape with no problems.
