I think that's a nice and clean website, though I'd remove the yellow background of the links.

Hi Josef. I like the uncluttered easily navigable nature of your website.
Like Julian, I'm not too keen on the yellow links.

I think that each body of work could benefit from a small description to assist with understanding your intent. This was a lot clearer to me when I had visited The Third Factor website. I suppose that this depends upon your target audience.

Nice clean layout. Don't mind the yellow links, but perhaps just have as a roll over state.
I'd add some more kerning to your titles, they are a little to tight.
Add a little more space between each link just to seperate and define them a bit more.

Hi Josef,

Nice design and layout, but as some of the others I don't like the yellow highlighting. Maybe you should have the letters turn yellow instead.
