I spotted Victorian Cartes de Visite by R&C Wichard going for a song. It's only a 100 or so pages; it's more about the history than the technology; but there's loads of facts and figures. Still working out how good it is, but it seems a valuable addition at first glance. If anyone was looking for a copy, the 99p one is from an apparently reliable seller.
