Obtaining Really Right Stuff (RRS) equipment in UK

Post by Thingy » Mon Jun 24, 2013 2:02 pm Etc/GMT-1+01:00

At last!

It now appears it is possible to purchase RRS stuff in the UK via the link below. I haven't tried them yet but it would certainly be an easier way to obtain certain items.

I have just bought a RRS plate from them. Quick delivery no issues.

The problem is that in the UK you must import RRS excellent products directly from the States at great cost as their have no retailer in the UK (unlike Acratech, where you can buy their stuff from Bob Rigby). Having said that and looked at the price of the Macro rail set, it looks like it will still be cheaper for me to import from the US even after paying duty & the £11 admin charge per order!
