BJP 17 March 1988-reciprocity article

Post by rhodej00 » Thu Sep 11, 2014 1:03 pm Etc/GMT-1+01:00

I don't suppose anybody has a copy of the British Journal of Photography dated the 17 March 1988.
There is an excellent article on reciprocity failure by Derek Keeling. I am after trying to get a copy of the article as my copy has got lost over the years.
I used the data from his article when I worked with Tmax 100 sheet film and long exposures (minutes long) in the past.
I want to use his data for colour film as I have just bought a Lee Filters Little Stopper which requires a 6 stop increase of exposure.
Can anyone help?
The BJP want £15 for an old copy which is a lot when I am only interested in a single article.

Hi John,

I have the Kodak Technical datasheet for 'Reciprocity and Special Filter Data for KODAK Films' which I could email to you if you wish.

Rob I would find that of interest. My email is johnrhodes934@btinternet.com. I will email the article of DerekKeeling if I manage to get a copy. I think you would find it interesting. John

John, if you Google T-Max the Kodak site may help. It gives exposure compensation and adjusted dev times.

Hi,

here's the data sheet:
http://www.kodak.com/global/en/professi ... /f4016.pdf

On page 5 it says for TMax 100:
Below 1s ... no correction (except +1/3 for crazy exposures shorter then 1/10000 of a second)
1s ... +1/3 stop
10s ... +1/2 stop
100s ... +1 stop

Best regards,
Martin
