Here's a link to a BBC regional programme, available for the next 29 days, about the work of Joseph Hardman, and how it's being used to help dementia sufferers. If you wish to skip the earlier sections on Ian Botham's father and how difficult it is to get dementia care, then the story starts at about 19:13.

Many thanks Nick for these links. The Kendal museum has a page showing JH and his camera (and wife!) here http://www.lakelandmuseum.org.uk/joseph-hardman. It looks as if the image was viewed from above—could the camera have been a reflex design? Total ignorance here on my part!

Also, do you know if the museum has any of his photographs on display?

Thanks,

George
