Hi
Just tried to contact Retrophotographic by telephone re: an order made 10 days ago (and paid for) - Order not received. Their telephone has a recorded message stating " This number is no longer in service " - Tried e-mailing last week (no reply)
Has anyone heard anything or is it another small photofirm disappearing without a trace ??

Hi,
It says on their web site that they are currently relocating to bigger premises, and any new orders will not be sent until the second week of November. So I guess your order may be stuck in the system somewhere...
Regards
Neil.

Neil
Many thanks - The link I had on my computer took me directly to the 'About us' page which does not show the notice about moving
Regards

I had an email from them a week back asking if I wanted to cancel my order or wait until the move was completed.
