Is the large format journal (pdf, UK) still active ?

Following a question relative to the virtual LF journal "Magnachrome" I'd like to ask the UK group the same question about the British Large Format Journal (downloadable pdf)

This web page is now (2008-03-14) blank....
I had downloaded two issues and had a mixed feelings about this publication.
Not about the contents which was very pleasant to me; and not really about the non-free policy, but more about the fact that there was a long delay between issues.
