Filter wallets
Hi folks
I have just purchased what I think is the ideal filter wallet.
Maplin Electronics do a CD wallet with 12 or 24 pockets; the pockets have a fold over flap that ensures that the filter is totally enclosed and they are big enough to take either 100x100 or 100x125 filters, so Lee 100x150 are out but Hitech are OK.
And all for a mere £3.99 for the 24 filter version !!

Heheh, I really haven't got that many (35)
This is the one...

It is the same width and thickness as the Lee 10 filter wallet, but the thing I like about it is that the pockets are completely closed in rather than having that V cut out of them.
I really think that this does put an end to my search for a solution, unless you think there is still mileage in the ideas we were discussing ?

I've had an email back from the "bag person" this evening so will digest it and keep going with the design. Charles is still looking at 6x4 sized but as you said, you might have an offer for him...
An aside: what are the pockets made of in the cd wallet? I'm asking as I have a wallet from somewhere and the plastic sleves have stuck to the cds before now and brought off the paint on the front of recordable cds - makes them unplayable as you have a clear patch on the title side
