Synchro Compur shutter service ?

Hi

I have a 90mm Super angulon F8 the shutter has gone way out at slow speeds sometimes half a second is half a second sometimes its 4 seconds sometimes it dosent close at all. I don't know where to send it for service any ideas would be very helpfull.

Im in Walton on the naze near colchester if that helps any

I'd second that - I had a 1940s shutter from a Speed Graphic serviced there and it came back as good as new.

Black on White have serviced a few items for me in the last year or so, and are to be highly recommended.

My 165mm f8 Super Angulon is now as new, and my Yashicamat 124 shutters is very accurate. They also CLA'd my Relleiflex which despite only ever having had half a dozen films through it from new had malfunctioned through lack of use :D

Alan rebuilt a knackered Compur 00 for me (Ebay cheap job with v.nice Linhoff select Super Angulon 90 elements). I was delighted with the results; certainly better than some of my newer shutters.
