I have got the leave.

I have booked in at a guesthouse on Market Street, which looks pretty central. I look forward to seeing you all later on Friday.

OK folks

The venue for the Friday and Saturday evenings is set.

The Swan Hotel in Maldon http://www.theswanmaldon.co.uk/ has a small room that they will let us use, as long as we order food, which is very reasonable.

They have asked us if we could give them some idea of what we would need in the way of food, as they have a couple of other functions on the Friday evening and would appreciate knowing what to order in.

Could those of you who are planning on getting there on the Friday, please go to thee hotel's website, find the menu, which is on the Restaurant page (scroll down if the page seems blank) and send me a message, to my grandes-images.com address, with your preferences.

I have also written directly to those of you who said you would like to come but have not confirmed or sent contact details (hint, hint)

Thanks

Is it OK to order a starter & main meal or should we opt for something lighter, like sandwiches? I only ask as I'm staying at a B&B so this will be my main meal of the day.

It is worth noting that the top picture shows a captured "digital" photographer being prepared for the evening meal.

Hi Joanna and gang.
This was going to be a post saying see you Friday, but nope! Having been around Swanage and then on to Exmoor over the Easter holidays, the suspension on my campervan decided to completely collapse . I've now got to go up to Bristol on Friday where it's being fixed. I hope you all have a great time, and I'll hopefully see you at the next workshop.
