Hello All,
This is something a bit different for me and I was looking for input from those of you with experience of still lives on the composition, input from the software gurus on the colour handling, plus the usual general comments. Does it work?
Provia 100F, daylight, no filters, 2 min exposure at f11.5
Thank you.
Charles

Re: Red faced?
Hi Charles,
Not much of a still life or a colour handling expert myself, but for what it's worth I think the overall composition is pleasing to the eye. The plum being in the lower part of the frame works well with the scar on the right having a nice texture. The shadow on the bottom gives the image a subtle depth, and the eye like reflections make it look.... rather sad. Good tonal blend too, I like it .
Red faced?.., yep!
Hope this helps
