It is the latest 'S' model. Differences over the earlier model include stiffer front and rear standard frames, and the all important zero stops which makes resetting everything far simpler and more accurate. More details here:

The TK S45 is a highly adaptable camera being able to take 70mm - 485mm lens without having to resort to sunken lens plates or 'top hats'. With fine toothed focussing it's at home with macro / studio work as it is in the field.
I'll also include the custom soft case I carry/store it in.
