AFAIK you only have to wait a month to access the buying/selling pages. There's nothing to stop you from sending him a PM before then and asking if he has any he'd like to sell you.

5x7 film holders ARE difficult to get hold of ... in the last week alone:
1. Bought a holder advertised as "5x7" in mint condition - on arrival it turned out to be for half-plate film;
2. Bought a pair advertsided as "5x7 holders in fine condition" from Ebay Germany - on arrival one was 5x7 and the other for
13x18cms film.
So I've decided to utilise both 5x7 and 13x18cm film in my 5x7 camera; bought 6 DDS in 13x18cms format and a few boxes of 13x18cms film to use alongside my regular 5x7 DDS and 5x7 film
