I have just recently purchased a new lens (Nikkor-M 450mm) and the rear spacer ring that came with it is too thin. After I have attached the lens to the lens board the spacer is loose . Obviously the previous owner had a thicker lens board. Does anyone have a spare spacer ring that they would be happy to sell? I am either looking for a thicker ring or another thin one to go with the one I have.

The spacer ring I have is 65mm in diameter but only 6mm thick - 8-10mm would be enough so that it binds to the back of the lens board.

Go for the technical approach....

Pack it out with a piece of black mounting board

Matt, for the linhof technika board that I had a 450mm nikkor lens on the spacer had to be on the front side otherwise it wouldnt tighten fully. They are a std size I believe.
