SOLD Tamrac Expedition 8 backpack

Anything to sell (WTS) or looking for anything specific (WTB)? Anything advertised on this forum comes with the usual "buyer beware" advice; it is up to the purchaser to assure themselves of the integrity of the supplier and item being sold. It is also the responsibility of the seller to ensure that payment is forthcoming before parting with said item.

SOLD Tamrac Expedition 8 backpack

Post by David Evans » Wed Dec 30, 2009 7:45 pm Etc/GMT-1+01:00

This was new earlier in 2009, and has had very little use outside (and none in rain).
Used mainly for carrying gear from the car to couple of hundred yards away (no major hikes!).
Have a look at Warehouse Express for a full description http://www.warehouseexpress.com/buy-tam ... dition%208
The inserts are fully adjustable to suit your requirements.
There is also a very good tripod holder positioned centrally on the back, which is very well balanced.
Some shots of the backpack can be seen here http://davidevans.zenfolio.com/p450703643 (don't think I can upload onto this forum from Zenfolio).
This costs new just under £150 new.
I'll also include the Tamrac raincover MX5354 which is an addition to the pack, and costs new another £18!
I am looking for £88 including postage (which I estimate will be about £12 Parcelforce 48 or similar). If anyone wants to buy and pick it up, it is in Settle, North Yorkshire, and I will knock the £12 estimated postage off the price.
Thanks.

I'll PM you in the morning.
Thanks

Hi David,

If the backpack is still for sale and it's the 8X then I would like it please - I have the 7X which is just a little too small.

Kind regards,

Rod.
