Paterson print washer

I've had a Paterson 10in x 12in print washer gathering dust for several years. Holds 12 prints (will do 8x10 as well). I have also washed 5x4 film in it from time to time with no ill-effects. In good working order; small footprint etc. I'm looking for £35, preferably collected but if interested I'm sure we can work something out (North West region).
