For sale is a lovely condition Nikkor M 300mm F/9 in Copal 1 shutter.
Serial number 801898, and no marks anywhere that I can see. I can't even detect any real yellowing of the white print on the shutter.
This lens comes complete with an Nikkor L39 protective filter on the front element, which is in a chrome mount. I have never seen one like this before, and suspect it has been on the lens since new (but can't guarantee that this is the case).
As far as I'm aware the shutter speeds are fine. I haven't tested them, but neither have I had any problem with exposures.
Both lens caps are the original Nikon ones. No box.
I'm selling this lens as the camera body I own now has a 190mm bellows extension only, so not possible to use this lens.
I'm looking for £380 for the lens and filter. This price is based on the $550 they normally sell for on the US site, plus $20 for the filter. It is also approximately what I paid for the lens.
Plus postage at cost and Paypal costs (if applicable).
It is currently on a Linhof style lensboard, and if you would like the lensboard I will include that for an extra £12.50.
I will take some photographs of the lens later.
