FS: Manfrotto 440 Carbon Fibre tripod + MG460 head - cheap!

Selling a Manfrotto MN440 Carbon NoOne tripod with a MG460 lightweight magnesium head. This combination is perfect for a field camera and is very steady for 5x4 (there is no centre column).

Combined weight legs + head is only around 1900g.

The tripod legs have been used in a coastal environment so the metal parts have noticeable signs of surface corrosion on the paintwork and there is a crude epoxy putty repair to a foot but it all works perfectly.

The head is newer and apart from a few small scuffs is in very good condition, complete with 1/4 and 3/8 quick release plates.

How tall is this tripod Phil? I'm struggling to find any stats online. Cheers.

With the head levelled and the legs extended the q/release plate is 138cm from the ground (ie. add height of the camera).

I think that is only a touch bigger than my present tripod so I'll pass on it, but thanks for the info anyway Phil.
