Rent or loan of entry level LF kit?

Hi folks.

I was looking around at renting some equipment for a uni project I have on the go at the moment. Unfortunately our uni has a weird procedure in which I can borrow a 5D mk2 and a few grands worth of glass, yet can't take out a Cambro... bizarre. Any ways. I was looking at buying, but people that are selling on eBay mark up the price a little out of my league.

If anyone has any entry level equipment I could borrow or rent (or buy if it's pretty cheap) for 2 - 3 weeks, I would be really happy. Ideally a monorail setup with a standard lens on 5x4 and tripod would be great.

If you live in the south east of the UK or London area I would like to hear from you.
Many thanks
Scott :)

That's rather over priced for a Cambo Cadet & 135mm f4.7 Xenar which barely covers 5x4 anyway and allows no movements. £150-£170 would be more realistic.

A more specific location would be useful Scott ? Someone may be able to help you out.
